Technique Features:

(1) Good effect, in the case of smaller material solubility ratio can ensure that the residual oil of the meal ≤ 0.8%, mixed oil concentration can be as high as 30% or more, a large reduction in the evaporation of solvent.
(2) The structure of the evaporator is reasonable, with good self-steaming effect and low outlet temperature of the secondary steam, saving steam.
(3) The mixed oil adopts the negative pressure evaporation process, which fully utilises the heat energy of the secondary steam discharged from the evaporator and the waste steam discharged from the steam injection pump.
(4) The use of the energy saver makes a second use of the thermal energy of the secondary steam discharged from the evaporator and the waste steam discharged from the steam injection pump, raising the temperature of the condensate entering the distribution tank to above 50°C.
(5) The use of an oil-oil heat exchanger in the mixed oil evaporation process makes full use of the waste heat from the leached crude oil.
(6) The use of heat exchangers in the paraffin recovery process to exchange high temperature paraffin poor oil with low temperature paraffin rich oil, saving thermal energy.
(7) Water saved by collecting all the spent water and pumping it back to the boiler room.
(8) The application of a large number of unit temperature automatic controls and pressure automatic controls not only makes the operation of the system more stable and the product quality better, but also reduces human errors and saves energy.
(9) The use of high quality water evacuators has resulted in lower steam consumption in the workshop.
