Soybean isolated protein is made by alkali solubilization and acid deposition method.
First, the defatted cake is extracted with dilute alkali solution, and then the insoluble substances (mainly polysaccharides) in the cake are removed by centrifuger.
Then the pH value of the leachate is adjusted to the isoelectric point of the protein with acid to make the protein coalesce and precipitate down, and the protein precipitate is obtained by separation.
Finally, after washing, neutralization, drying, we get the soybean isolated protein.
