Why We Need Oil Seeds Pretreatment ?
Oilseed pretreatment is a series of treatments before oil processing, such as washing, dehulling, peeling, crushing, conditioning, peeling, etc. ... In the process of oil production, oil pretreatment has an important influence on the effect of oil production, not only because it improves the structure and performance of the oil, and increases the speed and depth of the oil, but also has an effect on the quality of oil products and by-products of various compositions. .

A method of extracting oil and fat from the oil material by means of external mechanical force
According to the size of the pressure on the pressed material and the depth of the pressed oil, the pressing method can be divided into Primary Pressing and Pre-pressing.
Primary pressing, also known as full pressing, requires the pressing process to extract as much oil as possible from the pressed material, with residual oil in the cake generally being 3% to 5% after pressing.
Pre-pressing only requires the pressing process to extract about 70% of the oil from the press material, and the residual oil in the cake is generally 15% to 18%, and the pre-press cake is then solvent leached for oil.

Before pressing for oil, the germ is usually steamed and fried to make a mature germ.
The gross oil from the press contains a certain amount of crumbs which must be de-slaked before the oil can be refined.
A typical pressing process therefore includes steaming, frying, pressing and de-slagging of the gross oil.
