The extraction process begins with extracting the oil from the seeds with an extraction machine. The DTDC process follows in which the temperature, pressure, and steam are adjusted in a particular way until the desired oil cake is obtained.
Once the oil cake is obtained, a mixed oil evaporation process follows that allows for the oil to evaporate off from the solvent. The solvent condensation process afterward concentrates the oil and helps to improve the oil’s quality and purity by removing any traces of solvent. Finally the exhaust gas recovery process allows for the collection and reuse of the exhaust gas during the entire process, which ensures that the steps are completed efficiently without wasting energy.
